lmao ur right it is a very strict set of rules and while it is possible for me do all this in a week, it’s very difficult and the amount of discipline it takes does wear me down so every now and then i slip up and binge or spend a lot of money or (very often) put-off homework/due dates and what not. i struggle with perfectionism so while it’s unhealthy that i even have this list, i still try to reconcile that by keeping in mind that i am human and it’s okay to mess up as long as i don’t stop and give up completely. i actually don’t usually like rules, especially ones i see on tumblr that are very harsh (like meanspo/“don’t eat over 1000 calories or you’re a fat cow”), because of the previous point.
